Without a proper communication, the lineup may relay wrong message into his members. Use some technologies that can be considered as a big asset by doing communication. Communicate with the members so it will not delay the work again and again. A proper communication will fasten the work of each individual, because teamwork composed of communication.

It is normal that every member may have a personal problem, so as a authorize person you need to motivate and encourage them. Difficulties would be considered as a challenge, but verbal words will just calm the situation it will not solve the problem. Actions speaks louder than word, motivate them with your good doings no matter what the situation is.

In this matter, the squad should coordinate with a piece of problem, so they will able to solve it as a team. Prevent solving the problem in your own, because it is a team fight or team effort. Prevent doing things that will not exact the need of team, because it will just delay the progress of the company.
