Children in the kindergarten age group are overflowing with energy. It can be channeled into structured fun. They love to run, jump and try cartwheels. The cartwheels and somersaults will not be perfect. But, classes at Ambler PA Childrens Gymnastics will teach beginning skills as well as simple social skills such as how to wait in line for their turn.

When a child reaches elementary school, he or she is taught to improve each skill. Confidence is gained each time they perform in an improved fashion. As they develop, they will want to achieve more. It is a fun way to get the exercise every child needs.

Teens enjoy a challenge and the balance beam and parallel bars provide that challenge. Performing on vault and floor exercise, which requires tumbling skill are perfect activities for them. They will have fun on the trampoline. They acquire the skills required in competition as well as strength training.

Adult classes are also offered. Every adult is allowed to take these classes. No one is excluded due to being a beginner. There are students dedicated to competing as well as those wanting exercise that is challenging and a fun time. What better way to stay in shape than bouncing on the trampoline and learning basic gymnastics moves.

The gymnast who is serious about entering competitions at all levels may want a private coaching session. Each session will see improvement in the skills on apparatus, floor exercise and all the skills required of a gymnast. Repetition with critiquing along the way leads to performing at an increasingly perfected level.

Parents may be interested in booking a birthday party for their child who is interested in gymnastics. This may include all the partygoers spending an hour in the gym with the instructors. Each child will be urged to participate in trying different basic tricks. Following time in the gym, there is a party with cake, ice cream and time for the birthday child to open gifts.
