There are some people who are not quite aware of this possibility especially the amount of danger it brings to everyone. Anyone may heard that certain explosions is hotter than the sun's surface. According to studies, electric arc is the hottest on earth next to laser. The point here is that, this phenomenon is very scary and dangerous.

This is the main reasons why individuals are given some warnings on the effects of the explosion or blast. Everyone understands that arc flash is very hot. Therefore, employees should wear protective clothing and gear while observing the proper warning labels. To prevent such disaster, b it is crucial to consider the arc flash analysis. Every employee also need to undergo training along with proper supervision and attitude towards the practice and guidelines in the workplace in order to prevent injuries.

Keep in mind that training cannot prevent any possibility of human error. But, there are many things that are in your control and errors are avoidable with consistency.. Those errors will vary depending on your accuracy which will involves other critical details. Aside from that, electrical workers will rarely return to their previous tasks following an arc disaster. They are either maimed, killed or their life is affected.

There are also potential risks which may happen including the flash, blast. Electrocution and shock. Most often, electrical hazard occurs when such materials are being insulated and do not contain a voltage. A short insulation may also create a certain bypass around the circuits. The heat generated from the current flows can be vaporized.

And since the demand of electrical materials is increasing constantly, transformer in both utility and industrial levels are upgraded and may be replaced having a low impedance and ratings. These transformers can be operated in parallel levels to achieve the requirements for system reliability. Also, these modifications may increase the fault current and lead to electrical energy.

Employees and employers know and understand shock hazard but only few understand about the risks. This is the reason why analysis is highly recommended. A lot of companies are using electrical engineers who were dedicated to keep the system updated. However, because of reducing the budget and downsizing, this kind of function has also vanished in no time.

Danger may also happen at no definite time especially when someone is around, walking in the area and when someone is working on the equipment. A risky situation is when someone works near the equipment. This is because, the equipment can be opened, placing workers to danger because of electrical connections, conductors and other components.

It is better to conduct proper analysis than calculating the fault current. It often begins with data and information gathering and perform a detailed analysis that contains load flow, short circuit and protective tool to identify its acceptance level.

Knowing the importance of conducting analysis will help every individual to be aware of the possibilities in the workplace. That is why, before performing the job, it is important for anyone to have proper knowledge and ability to complete the job.
